Henderson acts as a commercial intermediary/broker where applicable. The actual seller, title holder, carrier and delivery structure are transaction-specific.
Does Henderson own trucks or terminals?
Not unless expressly stated in a specific transaction. Logistics may be handled by suppliers or licensed third-party carriers.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on product, specification, volume, market, location, freight, taxes, timing, credit and the supplier pricing basis.
Can Henderson work outside New York?
Qualified U.S. opportunities may be reviewed. Coverage is not promised before relevant supply and logistics capability are confirmed.
How are counterparties reviewed?
Review may include legal identity, authority, role, supporting documentation, commercial capability and transaction-specific compliance checks.
